Had such a lovely evening at Vermilion Manchester. The restaurant itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and a really elegant atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the Asian-inspired dishes, with so much flavour and lovely presentation. Everything felt fresh and well prepared, and you could really appreciate the attention to detail. The service was another highlight, with genuinely friendly staff who made sure we were looked after without being intrusive. It’s a beautiful place for a special occasion and somewhere I’d happily visit again. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely fantastic food. Tried all the other dishes in our order and all top quality. Compliments to the Chef. Can’t wait to order again. Thank you
